Of course, you’ve always had me at, “Venti soy latte.”

We love holding our book fairs at Starbucks. Not only is the location lovely – the 8th floor atrium is so beautiful, filled with coffee trees and the heady fragrance of ground beans – your people are generous with their time and always willing to help us.

Thank you, Samantha for going above and beyond the call of duty by moving book crates in heels! And thank you for helping that call-in customer find the fair by escorting her into your building and even letting her stay for lunch.

Without help from elevator masters, table masters and parking-lot masters, the fair would never run as smoothly as it does! (I confess, one of my favorite experiences at Starbucks is riding that old freight elevator!)

I’m always amazed at how happy the Starbucks’ employees are. At our first fair I expected to find everyone wired and stressed out, but that just isn’t the case. Starbucks people are genuinely kind, and very calm, cool and collected.

We are looking forward to our return in the spring!
